Pavan is the Global Chief Operating Officer managing UnitedLex's business objectives in all geographies. He also serves on UnitedLex's Board of Directors. A visionary among BPO industry leaders, he co-founded Daksh in 2000 which was subsequently acquired by IBM. Pavan has served as the CEO of IBM, Daksh for 11 years, providing strategic guidance and leadership to all client-facing business units and the shared services.
Prior to IBM and the founding of Daksh (which became IBM Global Process Services), Pavan co-founded Quadrant Infotech, an offshore data capturing business focused on the US market.
Pavan holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur and Master's degree from Stanford University. He is also a Graduate of the Advanced Management Program of the Harvard Business School.
Dr. Ashish Gupta is a co-founder of Helion and serves on the boards of NGPay, Exclusively.in, redBus, Dhingana, Komli, Pubmatic, Jivox, Kirusa, MuSigma, Naukri.com, SMSGupshup and Hoopos.com. He has co-founded two successful companies - Tavant Technologies and Junglee (AMZN).
He has also worked at Woodside Fund, Oracle Corporation and IBM research. His investments include Daksh (IBM), Odesk, Obongo (AOL), Speedera (Akamai), MakeMyTrip, Merittrac (Manipal Group), and Kaboodle (Hearst).
Ashish is a Kauffman Fellow, holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Stanford University, and a Bachelor's degree from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur where he was awarded the President's Gold medal. He has authored several patents, publications, and a book by MIT press.
Sudhir is the Managing Director of Suntera Energy, an oil and gas company with a focus on operated exploration and development assets in Nigeria / Africa. Sudhir is also the Director of Energy Investments for SUN Group (http://www.sungroup-global.com), a privately held principal investor and private equity fund manager operating in selected emerging markets. Previously, Sudhir worked as a management consultant for McKinsey & Company.
Sudhir holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from the Delhi Institute of Technology, University of Delhi and is a Post Graduate from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
